Upcoming events

Snoop Dogg
The year is young—but I think it’s safe to say that Snoop Dogg’s “I Wanna Rock” is going to be one of the best singles of 2010. Snoop, like Jay-Z, is a rap vet, but he’s agruably one of the most relevant artists in today’s rap game. Check out  Snoop when he performs in Philly on Feb. 28. You can also download his “I Wanna Rock” (remix featuring Jigga) right here.

Melanie Fiona
Talented artists have been emerging from Canada for a minute. (Shout-outs to my fam in Canada.) In the early 2000s, Canadian artists, such as singer Glenn Lewis and rapper/singer k-os, reflected the country’s diversity in their music. Today, Melanie Fiona, Drake and others have been carrying the torch. Be sure to check out Melanie Fiona (who is managed by Jay-Z’s Roc Nation) when she opens up for Alicia Keys in New Jersey on March 20. See below for more upcoming events.
