Nightclub celebrates anniversary, books legendary DJ

Over the years, Level 2 has booked notable DJs including DJ A-Trak, Kanye West’s former DJ. To celebrate its 10-year anniversary, the upscale nightclub in downtown Harrisburg hired the legendary DJ Jazzy Jeff to spin. Level 2 held this milestone on May 31. Harrisburg hosts Hansberry event

Lorraine Hansberry: Sighted Eyes/Feeling Heart makes [it] abundantly clear that there is so much more to know” about Hansberry than A Raisin in the Sun, the flyer reads.

Area’s first rap fest with celebrity rappers

In 2003, the Harrisburg area held an indoor rap concert with A-list acts. Rap heavyweights, such as such as 50 Cent and Busta Rhymes, performed at that show, which was held at Hershey’s Giant Center.
