During the pandemic, the two Harrisburg-based malls continue to struggle, but Capital City Mall in Camp Hill still thrives. Bullseye Sneaker Boutique represents one of the mall’s newest stores.
The boutique, which had a soft opening on Nov. 1, held its grand opening on Nov. 7. Before co-owners James Lattanzi and Carson Perlaki opened its physical store, they sold merch online.
“The Christmas season has been awesome,” Lattanzi says as he works behind the counter on Christmas Eve. “A lot of people [are] showing us love and support.”
According to Perlaki, The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Bred, Air Jordan 1 Mocha and Air Jordan 11 Jubilee (25th Anniversary) are their top three-selling sneakers. As far as clothing is concerned, Supreme and Vlone sell the most at Bullseye.
On the same day as the interview, customer Hubert Miller receives a warm welcome. Miller sells clothing, including Supreme, to the store. Playboi Carti’s “Long Time (Intro)” plays in the background. Sneakers line one of the walls of the boutique.
The store hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mon. through Sat. and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sun. To contact the store, follow them on Instagram at bullseyesb.
