Philly block party


Villa and 100.3 The Beat are currently holding a block party jam at 1231 N. Broad St. in Philly. The free show runs until 5 p.m. The artists include Gyptian, Serani, Cali Swag District, John Blu and Gilbert Forte.

Songstress Lalah Hathaway may be working on a new album, but she took time out to perform at Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center on June 5. “I’m trying to have something ready to go in August,” the Chi-Town native said about her album during a phone interview with vigoronline.com.
